Alpine White is a bright glossy glaze. The speckling comes from materials in the clay that bleed through the glaze to create a freckled appearance.
Cerulean is a beautiful glossy glaze. The blue is lighter in areas with thicker glaze and darker where thinner, creating lots of depth and movement.
